Cancellation windows

Each provider sets their own cancellation policy, displayed before you confirm a booking. Free cancellation is available when explicitly listed on the provider profile.

Refunds

Eligible refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Partial refunds may apply for late cancellations per the provider's policy.

Service issues

If you experience a problem with a completed service, contact support within 48 hours at hello@petspond.com with your booking reference. We will review each case individually.

No-shows

Missed appointments without prior cancellation may not be eligible for a refund, as providers reserve time specifically for your booking.
