2. Platform role

PetsPond connects pet owners with independent service providers. We are a marketplace, not the direct provider of pet care services unless explicitly stated.

3. Bookings & payments

Bookings are subject to provider availability and cancellation policies displayed at checkout. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners.

4. User conduct

Users must provide accurate information, treat providers and staff respectfully, and comply with applicable laws regarding pet welfare.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, PetsPond is not liable for acts or omissions of third-party providers. Disputes should be reported to support promptly.
